Project Management
Project management/consultant services are for clients who want to purchase investment properties but do not have the time to oversee the rehab of the property due to them living out of state, personal affairs or they just want to be hands off with this process. As well as these services are for individuals who have purchased a distressed property to live in but need guidance through the rehab process.
ART Property Management will assist an owner in the development of their property. Project management/consultant services are available for the owner:
- We are currently managing their property and a relet cost exceeds 1-month rent.
- Purchased a distressed property to flip and sell.
- Purchased a distressed property to move in for cash or 203K loan.
We will work with the contractors who the owner has selected to complete the work to achieve the expected goals and meet the success criteria at a specified time. We will assist with selecting design style and material for the property. Finally, we will pay the contractors and 1099 them at the end of the year.
