With this service, we will consult owners regarding repairs and update suggestions. When the property is in the proper condition to be shown, we will arrange showings to prospective tenants through advertisements. Our advertisement includes your property being listed on our website, rental website, signs, MLS, and social media platforms. Additional advertising can also be arranged to include major print ads and custom signs. This cost would be based on the reimbursement of costs.
Once a prospective tenant has been identified, they will be screened. The prospective tenant screening includes application review, eviction check, background check, credit check, employment, and income verification as well as previous landlord verification.
If the tenant is approved, we will draft the lease and coordinate the move-in. Coordination of the move-in service entails handling the lease signing process, collection of security deposits, turning over of keys, providing welcome packet to new tenants, and a walkthrough of the property with a written statement of condition. This service cost is commission equal to one month’s rental payment on the agreement.
